No nut bits here. We use full half pecans grown right here in New Mexico. Fresh creamery butter and heavy cream is a must. Our signature fudges are famed in the area and make wonderful gifts. We make over 50 fudge flavors, including seasonal creations such as Dark Cherry Cordial, Caramel Apple Pie, and Pumpkin Spice. 16 Signature Flavors of our Gourmet Fudge are displayed at any one time...delightfully delicious and classic Fudge flavors such as Chocolate Pecan, Kalhua Expresso, Triple Nut Caramel, Pistachio, Dark Chocolate Walnut, Peanut Butter Explosion, Triple Nut Praline, New Mexico Fire, Hatch Green Chile, Amaretto, Maple Nut, and smooth Chocolate, of course.
